Take your tastebuds on a tour of India with some of the country's favorite street food. In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Pooja will teach you the culinary skills and techniques you need to create three dishes from scratch.
Begin with Pani Puri - hollow, deep friend flatbread shells with potatoes and chutney that are bursting with vibrant flavor. A symphony of textures come together in a classic dahi papdi chaat, a popular street food in Delhi, made with bright chutney and tangy yogurt. Finish with a grab-and-go favorite favorite: A paneer kathi roll.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
