Return Policy

Since most of our goods are perishable, we are unable to accept returns.

Refund/Replacement Policy

No refunds or replacements can be processed if a package is marked as Delivered, or if a wrong/incomplete address was entered by a customer.

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, but please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. 

We use USPS Ground (5-8 business days after the dispatch date).  You can choose to upgrade to faster shipping options during the checkout process.

Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, especially during the holiday season. 

A refund will be processed if your package has been lost by the delivery company or delivered damaged. If damaged, please send us the order number and a photo of the damaged box/items to info@varah.us
